How do I take care of Xenia Telunts garments? 

We don’t recommend washing our garments often but when you do hand washing is best or a gentle 30 degree cycle in the washing machine. We recommend to avoid tumble drying as it may damage the garments. Air dry only, laying the garments flat (especially the knitwear so it doesn’t stretch out, unless you want it to). For woollen garments please select wool cycle.

What size am I? 

Each product page has measurements displayed if you are unsure which size you need. Our items are oversize and meant to be worn this way, however if you are usually a “medium”, our “medium” should fit you well too. 

What are the badges attached to some garments? 

We source vintage one of a kind Soviet badges from Russia and include them with orders of outwear and knitwear. We recommend taking the badge off before washing the item. 

Can I return/exchange my order? 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. You can return the item by sending it back to us, once we received it and ensured the garment isn’t damaged or has been worn we will process the refund that same day. Please send an email to info@xeniatelunts.com before shipping the item back to us so we can confirm the addressWe cannot accept returns on pre-orders as the items are made specially for you. We will do our best to exchange them to a different size if you wish to do so, but it can’t always be guaranteed. 

Is your packaging sustainable? 

We mainly use cardboard boxes for large orders and potato sacks for smaller ones, we don’t use any plastic. We try to use as little packaging as possible to minimise the waste.

How quickly will I get my order? 

UK - Next day delivery, rest of the world - 2-3 working days.

All of our garments are made from natural and mostly organic materials. We recommend infrequent washes. We recommend hand washing in warm water with natural soaps, but our items can also be washed in the washing machine. Please select a gentle cycle and temperature of 30 degrees, air dry only. For woollen garments please select wool cycle.
