Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In the case of preorders as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock we cannot accept returns. We will do what we can if sizing is an issue to swap your item but cannot ensure this is possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. Please email email@example.com before posting the item back to us. We will email you once we received it and made sure the item is not damaged or been worn. We will then process your refund right away.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible if your parcel is lost by the courier.
