Cost

International Shipping is Free on orders over £500 / $600 USD
International Shipping is £25 / $32 USD on all other orders. 

Time

Shipping typically takes 2-4 working days. 
Some countries may experience a longer wait due to customs processing.

Service

UK orders will be shipped with either Royal Mail or DPD, depending on what you select at checkout. 
Free Shipping is available for all orders using our slowest service (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

International Express orders are shipped with either DHL Express, UPS or Fedex at our discretion. International slow orders will be shipped with Royal Mail and delivered by your local mail service. 

Taxes & Duty 

Items are dispatched from the UK. Customers in the UK & USA will not be charged import duty or taxes on arrival. If you order from the USA and receive a customs bill, please contact us to resolve it, this is rare but sometimes DHL make a mistake. 

Customers in other countries may be charged taxes or duties by your local customs office. 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy and can provide a subsidised label upon request.

Returning items from Sample Sale events is frowned upon.
