We don’t recommend washing our garments often but when you do hand washing is best or a gentle cold cycle in the washing machine. We recommend to avoid tumble drying as it may damage and shrink the garments. Air dry only, laying the garments flat (especially the knitwear so it doesn’t stretch out, unless you want it to). For woollen garments please select wool cycle. We do not recommend hanging the knitwear on hangers as it will deform the shape of the neck.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. You can return the item by sending it back to us, once we received it and ensured the garment isn’t damaged or has been worn we will process the refund that same day. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

We mainly use cardboard boxes for large orders and potato sacks for smaller ones, we don’t use any plastic. We try to use as little packaging as possible to minimise the waste.

We source vintage one-of-a-kind Soviet badges from Ukraine and include them with orders of knitwear. We also manufacture our own designs in the UK when supply from Ukraine is not possible. We recommend taking the badge off before washing the item.
